Any advice on arm liposuction?
I don’t want to hear-”work them out more!” “eat a lower calorie diet!” I’ve worked out my arms like you wouldn’t believe and even had a personal trainer, but unfortunately my problem is genetic. I’ve seen 2 plastic surgeons for consultations but $4,000 isn’t easily at my disposal. My mom has the exact same arms, but at 65 she’d have to get the full arm tuck with major scarring. I reeeaaally don’t want my arms to look like hers when I’m in my 60’s. The skin on my arms is still elastic enough to bounce back with only lipo, no arm tuck. The plastic surgeon told me that the fat won’t come back??
I’m 31 years old, I have a muscular build, but I’m busty (34DD)-I’m 5′3, and wear a size 6. I work out regularly (cardio/weights/pilates) and eat pretty well.
I’ve considered the galvanic spa treatments but I’m skeptical that it will work.
This has been an insecurity since I was about 14…I won’t wear halters or anything sleeveless. My arms are so big that often shirts/jackets won’t fit.
I’m a single mom with a 5 year old daughter. I’ve been through a lot and would just really love to feel better about this part of my body. Any input would be appreciated!

The best way to burn fat is to eat less food and workout more, the problems arise when we in reality aim to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world don’t you think?! The one diet that definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I worked off twenty pounds, it definitely does produce results!
