Guys tell me I’m attractive, but then they look at my arms. I’m skinny, but my arms look like the arms of an obese person. I’m 19 and my arms are my biggest insecurities. Please convince me not to do it. What are the facts about lipo?

Compared to my entire body they are huge. i think exercising would just build up muscle and make them appear bigger. Am I wrong?

    You’re wrong :-) You’ll build muscle, but the muscle will burn off the fat on your arms. Try some weight lifting/strength training!
    Liposuction is going to take the fat off too quickly and you’ll be left with saggy arm skin. ew.

    Wait…so you are saying you want to get surgery for guys? Guys who are worth anything will look past your insecurities, and look at you other attractive features. You should find a guy that cares about you, not your arms. There is no need to get surgery on your arms at the age of 19! My arms are the same way, and I just ignore it. So, just grin and bear it.

    Lipo is not the answer to your arms. Especially since you’re 19. First of all, it’s extremely expensive and 2nd, it won’t give you nice lean results like exercise.

    Exercising definintely will NOT bulk up your arms like you think. You would have to do some serious weight lifting to bulk up your arms.

    If you lift weights, you’ll build muscle in your arms, and muscle burns fat. If you keep the weight low, (like 10 pds or less) you will tone your arms rather than bulk them up. You would have to lift 25 to 50 pds per arm in order to bulk it up like you’re thinking.

    Work your biceps and triceps and shoulders. 3x a week, 3 sets of 12. Start off at 5 pds per arm. Then gradually work your way up to 10 pds. You’ll definintely see some definition and tone, but you won’t see bulk.

    just TRY excersizing dont get it man ur only 19 thats wrong, if u feel bad later in life….go ahead but just wait. and how do u KNOW theyll make them seem bigger. u never kno till u try

    NO . You can’t, honestly you are too young and if it is a good guy it shuldnt matter! You sounf beautiful dont worry if you want work it off in the gym bt dont screw up what God gave you. MUCH LOVE MWAH!

    Luckily, arms are probally the easiest part of your body to tone however to get fat away is hard. A lower fat diet plus cardio will burn fat. Also, swimming and dumbells will help tone arms. Pilates is also great for long sexy muscles.
