I've never tried it, but it's the only one I can think of. Most Bliss products that I've tried have worked, so I'd recommend trying it. "Fat Girl Sleep" is a stronger night-time version of "Fat Girl Slim" It's a bit pricey, but non-surgical and not as expensive as surgery.
