Have any guys had a “tummy tuck” or liposuction?

I’m a 30 year old male, I look pretty lean, but around my mid section I have built up fat and skin, and love handles. I was wondering if any guys have had like a tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty to remove the fat and love handles.

Im not a guy and i dont personally know any guys who have had it done. However, i have watched TV programmes where guys have had that sort of surgery. If you’re uncomfortable with the way you look in that area and have tried to get rid of it by means of diet and exercise then i think that you should go ahead with surgery.. people dont have to know that you had liposuction if youre embarressed about getting it done.
