However, i have watched TV programmes where guys have had that sort of surgery. If you're uncomfortable with the way you look in that area and have tried to get rid of it by means of diet and exercise then i think that you should go ahead with surgery.. people dont have to know that you had liposuction if youre embarressed about getting it done.
