depends how fat you are

It depends on your insurance and how overweight you are. They usually only cover it if it is medically necessary. My aunt got it after having a baby and it was $9,000, but that included her thighs, butt, and arms, along with her stomach.

the cheapest i’ve ever seen it is about $1500. i don’t think i would trust it that low though. some places finance which can be a good option.

I looked into this recently (toronto market). Checked two places basic cost of liposuction $2500 – 3000. Here anyways insurance doesn’t cover cosmetic surgery unless you suffered some disease or accident that affected (sp?) your appearance.

If I’m not mistaken, you’re not even close to being overweight. Try exercising first. Lipos are very painful, and to get rid of the bruising takes a long time, you need at least 10 days to recover (become functional) and 5 weeks to get rid of the bruising. besides, it is not only the cost of the surgery, is the post-surgery that gets expensive, you need 10 to 20 sessions of lymphatic massages and wearing the garter for at least 3 months 24/7, those are about $200 and you need at least 2. Lipos cost between $2000 – $5000 done by experienced doctors. This is not in the US.
