		<description>Not in america you can&#039;t. If you go to mexico, they will do it for you cheaper but not better. As for the exercise, run. Just run a lot. At first you won&#039;t feel good about it because you will get tired quickly but if you are persistent, you will gain endurance. The most efficient way to lose fat is to run. 

Do not run as fast as you can because that will defeat the purpose of losing fat from thigh/buttock area. Run at a steady rate for longer periods of time. 

I used to be overweight myself. I used to get tired just from climbing stairs. Trust me, I basically had no life. I was literally a fat slob. I turned everything around with determination. Live by the nike slogan &quot;just do it&quot;. Don&#039;t procrastinate, it will only hurt. After six months of running for one hour every morning and every evening, plus watching my diet (don&#039;t believe those TV commercials, they are BS), I can proudly say that I managed to get my BMI where it should be. I&#039;m 6&#039;0 tall and weight 190lbs. If I can do it, you can do it too.
