Westshore Medical on the Diego Martin Highway does offer some plastic surgery services. Try them and see.

There’s a doctor up at Valsayn Medical who flies in regularly to do those… even if it’s just acosultation.
Call them and schedule a consultation… he’ll tell you where the work needs to be done and how much it will cost.
Unfortunately, the consultation is not free.. I think its about $250 but you can always call them.

I had a caesarean at West Shores a year ago, and they were great. I believe they do some plastic surgery, although I don’t know specific types. I was in there for 3 days, and can’t complain about a single thing. The staff were all great, from Doctor to Cleaner, they were friendly and really made me feel safe (medically as well as physically!).
